The Institute of Applied CX Science develops and publishes IACS-7, a published method for measuring customer experience in money. It teaches the method, offers to apply it with organizations, and publishes what it finds, including what it has not yet proved.

Meet the people

Founded by Ahmad Samir, taught by practitioners

The founder wrote the IACS-7 Standard and the four books. The Founding Fellows bring strategy, governance, audit and data science, and teach the Academy's programs with him.
