Who runs this site
This website is run by Applied CX Science Ltd, trading as the Institute of Applied CX Science, registered in England and Wales (number 16998100).
Information, not advice
The content of this site, including the Friction Worksheet and every worked example, is general information about a published method. It is not financial, accounting, legal or investment advice for your organization. Worked examples are constructed for teaching and describe no real company. Figures you produce with the worksheet depend entirely on the inputs you enter.
Use of the method and materials

The IACS-7 Standard and the Institute's books, programs, tools and materials are copyright Applied CX Science Ltd. Using them to deliver paid training, audits or certification requires the Institute's written license.
Marks
